“Labour Party Declares Peter Obi and Otti’s Caretaker Committee Illegal, Rules Out Sanctions”

The Labour Party (LP) has condemned the caretaker committee formed by Peter Obi and Governor Alex Otti, calling it illegal.

LP National Publicity Secretary Obiora Ifoh stated that the committee, led by Nenadi Usman, violates both party and national constitutions.

However, Ifoh ruled out sanctions for Obi and Otti, noting they were misled and would return to the party’s fold.
