Employees at the Ministry of Women Affairs celebrated following President Bola Tinubu’s announcement of Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye’s dismissal as minister.
A video shared on social media by APC member Abubakar Sidiq Usman showed staff dancing and chanting in their offices, expressing relief over her departure.
Kennedy-Ohanenye, whose tenure was marked by controversy, was one of five ministers dismissed during the latest Federal Executive Council meeting. The reshuffle is part of President Tinubu’s efforts to enhance the effectiveness of his administration.
